Can I return a product ?

You can only return a product that seams faulty/damaged. I will need a photo of proof set to my email. 
Products must be returned within 14 days if you want a full refund.

How long does shipment take?

I ship all my products via ELTA Hellenic Post (express with tracking code), it usually take between 5 - 14 working days. 
The cost of shipment is already included in the price of the product.

Each country has it's own import tax, this is payed by the customer.

How to take care of pure silver jewelry?

Pure silver 999 unlike Sterling 275, does not oxidize since there are no alloys in it. Pure silver can become a bit dull, therefore I have provided a special polishing cloth that you can buff your jewelry with.
 A few of my pieces may include Sterling 925 ( it is noted in product info), in this case you should wash your jewelry with a soft dishwashing detergent, and dry it properly,  then buff it with a cloth. There are a few cases where I have chosen to oxidize the piece on purpose.

Hard chemicals such as chlorine should be avoided since they can damage the silver. Perfume sprayed directly onto the silver will also damage it.
